Car mechanic
Training offer
The use of cars in Benin will inevitably increase in the coming years. Well-trained car mechanics are needed to repair the often older models professionally and over the long term. Increasing mobility contributes to the economic development of a country in many areas. Not only are trade and transport companies strengthened, but business relationships can generally be established and maintained more easily and over the long term. This requires the increased use of vehicles for establishing contacts and cooperation.
Due to the sometimes poor road conditions and the fact that many cars are already worn out, the proper repair and maintenance of vehicles is urgently needed. It is important to ensure that defects are repaired sustainably and broken components are replaced with suitable spare parts. There is often a lack of well-qualified specialists for this. However, the correct repair and proactive servicing of vehicles is an inevitable part of economic development.
The main tasks of a car mechanic are:
- Analyzing and identifying problem areas on vehicles
- Repairing defects in vehicle components
- Procurement and installation of spare parts
- Regular inspection and maintenance of vehicles
- Advising customers on vehicle service and repair
You will receive 3 years of theoretical and practical training in the art of car mechanics. To this end, you will be taught the basic subjects at the center and can gain valuable practical experience with various old parts and defective vehicles.
